Max Leaman is CEO of LoanPeople. LoanPeople is a company built by a loan officer, for a loan officer. In Max’s 20+ year originator career, he funded more than $4B in loan volume, averaging over $300MM per year in the last decade. In the same time period, Scotsman Guide ranked him #1 Texas Originator by volume. Today, Max leads LoanPeople with a focus on two unwavering principles: 1) customers deserve great rates without sacrificing service, and 2) REALTORS® and business partners deserve five-star communication, solutions, and on-time closings.

EVP of National Operations, Jennifer Corvino, is responsible for LoanPeople’s operations systems, which includes: processing, underwriting, closing, and funding. Jennifer ensures each loan is delivered to investors with excellence in quality and compliance. Jennifer works closely with department leaders to keep LoanPeople at the forefront of compliance and customer service.

Cindy brings an impressive 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a specialized focus on mortgage lending compliance for the past 25 years. Her extensive background includes holding executive-level compliance leadership positions at both nationally chartered banks and independent mortgage banks. In 2009, Cindy earned the distinguished American Banker’s Association Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation. She has also attained Certificates in Lending Compliance and Mortgage Lending Compliance from the American Banker’s Association, further solidifying her expertise. Cindy spearheads LoanPeople’s Compliance Management Program and Quality Control Program. She works closely with the leadership team to foster a culture of compliance and ensures the highest standards of loan quality.

Quinton Harris, SVP LoanPeople JAX, has been in the mortgage industry for over twenty years. Under his leadership, the LoanPeople JAX team gained #1 market share in Northeast Florida in 2020 and 2021 according to both CoreLogic and Zonda. In his career, Harris managed and mentored more than 50 loan officers guiding funding for over $6 billion in purchase and refinance volume. Harris was one of the first 100 certified mortgage advisors in the country, a credential that reflects his expertise and knowledge of the market. In addition to his role at LoanPeople JAX, Harris is the host of What’s Your 1 More, a podcast featuring inspirational conversations with business leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, coaches, and athletes. Daniel Halvorsen, SVP LoanPeople JAX, has been in residential mortgage lending for 13 years. Prior to promoting into management, he was the #1 loan officer in Northeast Florida four consecutive years, top .001% lender nationwide and a three-time Scotsman Guide Top Originator. His unique approach to referral-based marketing has resulted in personally funding over $800 million in loan volume. Halvorsen Team earned the #1 ranking for Affordable Lending in the entire state of Florida (Affordable Housing Finance Corporation) and the #1 Retail Mortgage Lender in Jacksonville (Core Logic & Zonda).
